1 package of Trader Joe’s Pre-Cooked Lentils
1 tub of Bruschetta
1 Organic Persian Cucumbers (entire package)
1/4 cup Red onions
2-3 tablespoons Cold Pressed Olive Oil
1 container of Fetta Cheese,
1. All the ingredients can be purchased from Trader Joe’s.
2. Slice the persian cucumbers into cubes.
3. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and stir (except the olive oil).
5. Drizzle with the olive oil.
